Tricia recorded a short video about her experience with Sartori Cleaning. Her review comes down to three words that also open the video: meticulous, neat and clean.

What Tricia Said
In the video, Tricia talks about the care our team put into the small things. She describes the work as "meticulous in cleaning up little details," mentions polishing the knobs, and sums it up by saying "everything was perfectly neat and clean."
The footage shows the kind of work she is talking about: a team member working along an edge by hand with a small scraper, and a glass dining table being wiped down.
"Everything was perfectly neat and clean."
Why the Little Details Matter
Knobs, corners, glass and edges are the spots people notice when they walk into a room, and they are exactly what Tricia called out in her review. They are also the spots that get skipped when a cleaning is rushed.
